Re: Rotten Tomatoes' 100 Worst-Reviewed Movies of All Time

I've seen quite alot of those, I'd say 75% of them. I can't believe some of them are on there. Such as Christmas With The Kranks and Twisted.

I'm shocked not to see The Village on there. What an absolute load of tripe!

#89 The Number 23: Didn't think it was THAT bad. This movie had potential, and that's what I liked about it, but it didn't realize nearly enough of that potential.
#83 Stealing Harvard: Really not very good, a couple of funny parts I guess
#57 I Still Know What You Did Last Summer: Yeah...really, really bad
#56 Doogal: One of THE WORST movies I have ever seen, just terrible. It got a coveted "1" vote from me on imdb
#53 Envy: Not a very good movie. A few offbeat funny moments, but it tries to be offbeat funny in every scene.
#36 Corky Romano: Stars Chris Kattan. Enough said.

Really though, this is a list of the worst movies of the past 5 years, not the worst of all time. I was a little disappointed in that.

        I saw:

#72 - Out Cold - Good for maybe, two or three laughs.
#57 - I Still Know What You Did Last Summer - Awful.
#53 - Envy - Jack and Ben, but just terrible.
#36 - Cork Romano - There is actually a few funny scenes.
#14 - Battle Field Earth - After the movie was over, I remember saying, "What?"

One of only two movies I've walked out on. The other? "Maid in Manhattan". Don't ask.

Another "top" list where you have to click a ridiculous amount of times just to see the entries. In this case, one at a time. Simply ridiculous.

I agree. Just give me the whole list somewhere.

I did it on my lunch break, but I agree, a completely annoying list to go through.

I've seen 10 of them. I agreed with most including "Zoom" (watched it with my daughter) because I was disappointed in that one, but I can't agree with "Christmas with the Kranks." I thought that was a pretty good movie. Like AU, I'm a big Tim Allen fan. I just saw "The Shaggy Dog" last night. I liked it a lot too.

I have seen at least 20 of these movies. Sure some of them suck, but nowhere near worst 100 movies. The people who review at Rotten Tomatoes are ****ing ********.

Edit: No way is Master of Disguise the 9th worst reviewed movie.

Was anyone else disappointed to not see From Justin to Kelly on that list?

I have only watched a handful of them and they were pretty bad.

I sat through that whole thing. I had to be hospitalized for 3 weeks.

It's with a strange mixture of pride and regret that I can admit to having seen none of these movies....
For me it is only pride and no regret that I haven't seen any of these films. In fact I will admit to only wanting to see a couple of them. The Mod Squad and Ultraviolet.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

That list is a joke. I've intentionally rented low-budget horror films that make Alone In the Dark look like Schindler's List.

                                (89) The Number 23-I hated it.
                                (82) Premonition-Almost as contrived, but more confusing than "The Number 23"
                                (64) Date Movie-Classless, but not funny.
                                (54) Because I Said So-Mandy Moore Sucks
                                (52) Yours, Mine, & Ours-Family Fun movie that's anything but. Quaid and Russo WASTED.
                                (25) Down to You-Don't ask me how I got roped into this one. Worthy of a Top Ten (or Bottom Ten).
                                (18) Christmas with the Kranks-I didn't see it 4 times like Aukevin but it's the best on this list that I've watch.
                                (13) Epic Movie-I thought I would like it but I liked "Date Movie" better.

Not bad-I've only watched 8 out of 100-terrible reviews can save you a lot of time.
