Amazon. Only problem I've noticed so far is that it causes my screen protector to bubble up on the right side - but only by a little. Lifting the bumper immediately remedies it.

Both my wife and I have the iPhone 4. We are running iOS 5.1.1 but I have reservations about updating to 6.0.1 because I think it will cause our iPhones to run slow. Am I being a Nervous Nelly, or should I go ahead and update?

That happend to me, I just went to the apple store and they replaced it with a brand new 5. This way you avoid having to pay the $30 for express shipping.

I don't live anywhere near an Apple store, and I think the closest one is a little over an hour away. So, it would have been nice to do that, but the refurb they sent me worked very nicely. The shipping was very fast too, the phone was in the day after I called.

After the last iOS update, my battery life has gone to crap. I leave in the morning with 100% and it is dead 6 hours later. I didn't even make any phone calls. Used a couple of apps and checked e-mail and that was it. The phone is only 6 months old so it has to be the iOS update. Anyone else seeing battery life problems?

Just picked up my new 5 two days ago reluctantly. I went to a bootleg spot in brooklyn and loaded up on cases. Picked up like 4 for 20 bucks. They arent as cheap as I thought they would be judging from the shop. The best one is jet black and is oh so sexy with the phone.

My question is, the ATT lady told me to get on that iCloud to store my stuff. But Im completely ignorant when it comes to the iCloud.

Does it store everything you have in itunes so you can synch from anywhere? I ask because my old phone is synched to a laptop that Im not planning on having for much longer. is there a way I can iCloud store the stuff on that laptop to put on my phone?

iCloud stores things like photos, documents, etc. It doesn't hold your entire iTunes. You can use iTunes Match to have your music uploaded and you can pull it wherever. Hope this helps.

The 'loud-to-vibrate' button on my iPhone 4 isn't "clicking" it kind of feels jammed sometimes. This is a replacement iPhone 4 from the Apple Store after the original version's home button on top stopped working altogether. Would I be able to bring this in to the store and have it replaced yet again? I'm only asking because the Apple Store I'm talking about is about 45 minutes away from me and I don't wanna drive all the way there just to have them reject me...
