Thanks for clearing this up.

So the tv show has NOTHING to do with T3.

Because I kept trying to make sense of it with Sarah dying, John's sister and stuff like that.

It would of been better if they left the bad terminator without skin. I liked how he had to stay dressed up walking around like a menace. The girl terminator being dumb at school is corny but i guess the writer wants to add some humor to the show. Im looking forward to the next episode which will provide more action.

T.V. shows always retcon events that happen in the pilot. Some of the fans are of course going to be upset, but if the series last long enough they will eventually get over it.

I think they did the right thing by having Cameron revert to a more robotic, clueless persona in terms of social interaction. If she can already blend in seamlessly, then that really limits the potential growth for that character.

Summer and/or the writers haven't figured out how use the naivety of her character to produce genuinely funny situations. They're trying too hard, and it isn't working, but I think they will get better.

If you didn't like last night's episode, then you just aren't going to like this show. It was much more suspenseful than the earlier episodes. I was actually pretty tense during the scene where John was locked in the room with the Terminator.
Next week's show looks to be pretty good, except for the presence of Brian Austin Green. Maybe he is a Terminator who kills people with his crappy music.

Funny, I've liked each episode more and more since the pilot. Especially the latest one. To each their own.

I'm still enjoying this show and tend to give it one more viewing during the week.

I like the show.

My take: If you can't buy into the premise that the future resides on John Connor living and the fact that you know he'll never be killed, then you can't ever enjoy this show.

Did you guys know that the guy who plays John was in Seinfeld as a kid? He was the kid in the hospital that Kramer made a promise to that Paul O'Neill would hit 3 home runs in a game.

Its was her primary objective to act like that to make contact with John Connor.

Now she's in protect mode and that emotional programming is somehow disabled.

I still say its a matter of the writers/producers realizing that they made a mistake in making her too "normal" way too soon. I agree with their decision to revert her back to a more stiff persona. The character can now evolve incrementally over the series, if it stays on for a few years.
