Without arguing too much here, and maybe you are the exception, when was your last physical? I ask this because I know of a couple of guys at work who are older than me who look healthy and exercise a lot but have problematic cholesterol, high blood pressure and etc.

But then again maybe you are the exception to the rule too. Most people aren't though so the question to the younger guys here is, are you willing to live your life gambling on being the exception to the rule?

Every few years I get one because of my job, I have a Class A license. The job I have requires one every few years, I had one last year and even considering the Poly / Mex in me you would think something. Nada, I came off with a clean bill o' goods.

I may need to count my blessings, maybe I am the exception indeed.

Lol, I love that stuff. That, Sunkist, and Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper could keep me running.

I shouldn't drink soda, but I've sworn off alcohol. In college. (Yes, I know this sounds impossible ) so I have to find something to drink. I probably average about 12 oz. of soda per day, along with my daily 20 oz. of Powerade. I see that as a fair trade-off hydration wise.

I've been of soda/pop for a year now.

That's why some of us drink diet soda. I wonder how much less I'd way if I started drinking diet cola 10 years ago?

Diet pop is not a healthy alternative. You should really get used to drinking plain water.
