I'm concerned about that, as well. It just doesn't feel the same, now that he's older. He looks like an old dad, still trying to be cool.

I didn't like how the movie almost felt like it was 50/50 with Ford and Lebouf.

I want to see Ford, not Lebouf. Unless they're setting up Lebouf to be a new Indy...????

I don't care about Lebouf at all. I think setting up "another Indy" would be horrible. There are a few iconic roles in movies. I think when Ford is done, the Indiana Jones bit should be done. I just can't see anybody else with the leather jacket, fedora, and whip running around. Anything else wouldn't last beyond one movie, if that.

I read the first part of that review, I don't really put anything into it yet. I do have a huge fear that this movie won't be as good, it has been a long time and it is rare for even 3 movies to all be good, let alone a fourth separated by almost two decades. This will also be the only Indy movie I ever get to see in movie theaters, so if it sucks I will be really disappointed.

Basically my feeling about it. Not liking the whole "young sidekick" deal, they did the same thing with Die Hard 4.

Hm wasn't Last Crusade almost 50/50 with Connery? It isn't so bad and if Shia has the torch passed to him then i'll be ok with it.

Now wouldnt that be cool to see them release the first 3 back into the theaters leading up to the release of this one. I know I would go and see all of them in the theater as I never saw them that way previously. It wont happen obviously, but it sure would be a good idea.

I would pay a lot for that, and would probably enjoy it a lot more than any other movie I saw for the rest of the year.
