        I think if you hit the Guide button twice it will do it.

                yeah that will do it if you want to see how it looks and/or just temporary, but there is an option in setup to make it always be that way, i think under visual or program options or something...it's not that hard to find honestly, i'm just not sitting in front of the box right now

                    My g/f just got Fios and it's simply awesome.

                    I have the fact most HD channels are premium (like ESPN!) but their DVR capabilities are pretty damn good!

                        Just an idea for anyone on here that is interested in Fios. I work for Verizon so I can actually set it up for you. Itd get me some commision at work and you a great service. If anyone wants they can PM an address or verizon home phone number and I can set it up for you.

                            Just an idea for anyone on here that is interested in Fios. I work for Verizon so I can actually set it up for you. Itd get me some commision at work and you a great service. If anyone wants they can PM an address or verizon home phone number and I can set it up for you.
                            do you know if FIOS will be in Columbus, OH anytime soon, or is it already there in some parts? I'll probably be moving back there soon and I'd really like to get the FIOS service if it's possible.

                                        Any idea if/when Verizon will get the MLB Extra Innings package? I've heard that they're still in negotiations for it, and that even if they get it, it won't be available in all areas at once (or even at the start of the season). I'm in the Boston area, if that helps...

                                                        I'm looking into FIOS, and while it looks inexpensive on paper, it appears that once you add on all the items that most people want to have - HD, DVR, and one premium package, it looks like it's the same, if not more than Comcast.

                                                        Can someone explain otherwise? I'm not talking about 6 - 12 month deals either, since they are only temporary, I don't worry about them too much.

                                                            It is about the same price. From what I have heard from people the service itself is better though.
