    One of the kate's big hangups was always her inability to stay put. Now the law is forcing her to, thats why she took the deal.

                    Happy Lost day. They made the previews look action packed, so hopefully they'll make up for last week....There are some things that will happen for certain.

                    1. Ben will sabotage something, we'll wonder why they don't kill him as he sits there with the Erkel "Did I do that?" expression on his face.
                    2. Kate will run and tell Jack about whatever it is she thinks he needs to know.
                    3. Jack will stand there with his mouth agape.

                                    I just know that getting back to Desmond's story is a good thing. He's probably my favorite character, except maybe Locke. Hopefully the Kate-train will be derailed for a while.

                                        I can't stand the smirk. For the last year, I thought she was evil and sinister and always lying because of the smirk. Then I realized, crap, its just the way her face is. Thats how she looks. So all that time I was trying to figure out how the smirk was going to undermine the Losties. I always hated the character, but liked her better when the smirk was evil instead of just a naturally stupid facial expression.

                                            It's definitely needed. He's probably my favorite character as well but since the whole Charlie angle ended in the S3 finale Desmond has been MIA for the most part. Tonight should def be good...

                                                    I never noticed until you brought it up here at OS, and then when I looked for it I said "damn he is right"! I can definitely do without her.

                                                    Didn't read the spoilers, but I also hope Desmond comes back into play, he's my guy.
