Saw it last night. I was impressed. As all the reviews have said, the last 30 minutes or so is incredibly tense.

The last place I would base my opinions on anything is from watching a movie, especially anything related to the war. It supposedly has a moral equivalency message to it, but I plan on just taking it in for what it is, a Hollywood movie.

have you seen the movie yet? They do a timeline during the opening credits that makes you think. Most of the stuff I knew, but it was still interesting.

The timeline in the beginning was interesting, some people already know about it but a lot more don't and it's interesting to see how what happened then relates to what is happening now.

Good movie. There were a few things in the movie that I chuckled at, but it was a good action flick.

Does the FBI actually handle stuff like this?

It's the one thing that keeps me away from this film. I could be wrong but I've never heard of the FBI doing anything like this movie suggets.

Yes, they do, though obviously not on this grand of stage.

One of their divisions is international counter terrorism. And I believe Americans were killed in the attacks (in the movie, though I haven't seen it yet so I may be wrong) which would give the US jurisdiction.

There's no cause really worth getting patriotic about regarding war at this point in our nation's history.

Ever since Vietnam, our country has been pretty skeptical regarding any conflict overseas without a real defined enemy where the reasons for fighting them aren't clear.

Anyways, I think this movie looks pretty interesting. It can't be any worse than Jarhead.

Just got back... just a chilling movie. The Tim McGraw character was great... in the two Berg movies, he's really stepped up for what little screen time he's had.

Last line of the movie was very cinematic, but very scary, because I have to think it's true.

I've since watched this again on HD DVD and I have to say I liked it better the second time. I really enjoyed it for what it is. I've never been one to question little things in movies (She's not holding the gun right, They shouldn't be there, etc) so I just kind of overlook those things and I can always form some rationalization in my head as to why something happened.

The highway scene and the last 30 minutes are great fun on a HDTV and surround sound
