I think the problem was Chuck didn't hear him say anything about Fulcrum springing him from jail and such. He only overheard the end of the conversation and only saw him surrender and tell Sarah to arrest him. Therefore Chuck thought that she killed him in cold blood as usually one is supposed to arrest the criminal, not kill him.

Great point. I knew there had to be something I was missing so I had decided not to comment on this. I knew he thought she had killed him in cold blood (and then lied about it), but I hadn't put together the part about him not hearing what the Fulcrum agent said to Sarah.

I think you got this right on. And now can February get here please. I'm really liking this season a lot.

You're right. Had to watch it again this afternoon and that's exactly what happened.

I have February 2nd marked off on my calender. The producers said that the ending of this season was going to be crazy, I can't wait.

I've got to say that I'm really warming up to Tony Hale's character as well. It's hard to watch him and not think of Buster Bluth, but that bit with him trying to get Ned to release him and then his comments to the media was just hilarious.

Still my fav show on tv. I think they could've had a bigger cliffhanger for us to hold on to until Feb, but this will do. But before I write anything about this latest episode, I think i need to watch it once more just to get a feel for it again.

No and I blame NBC. If they didnt' have such a crappy tv lineup, I might have actually seen a commercial before the SuperBowl last night telling me the episode was in 3D. Well, I watched it without glasses (I still don't know where I was supposed to get them) and I didn't notice a whole lot I would have missed had I been wearing the glasses. Although, I would have liked to see Sarah crawling around during that opening scene in 3D.
