    Re: ***2007 Black Friday Ads***

My roommate is looking at getting the 360 bundle:

I noticed you can just get it online now instead of waiting until Black Friday to get it in stores, so that's just a heads up for anybody else.

Question, though: Is there a way to exchange the games you get, unopened, as long as they're the same price? He wants Madden and NBA 2K8 instead of Forza 2 and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.

I believe the Forza 2/Marvel: Ultimate Alliance games are on one disc and therefor the best you could do is try and sell them on ebay and take into account you are selling two games. They did this same thing with the xbox but I cant remember the games, I think one was Jet Grind Radio but I could be wrong.

What the hell... one disc? That's preposterous. I guess they try really hard in making sure you don't trade them in for other games.

          You're sure about this?

What about post Christmas sales? I am going to Las Vegas the second week of December so I would like to keep some extra cash on hand. Will I be able to get a good deal on an hdtv after Christmas?

Every store I've been to recently has had this deal going for the past few weeks. You can still get them in store, I just don't think it's been heavily advertised as a bundle that comes for the $349 price.

I've seen them at Best Buy, Wal-Mart, and Target, but it seems like they're starting to run low at Best Buy. Hopefully some are left after this weekend because I want to pick one up early next week when I finally have the money.

Does this same deal come with the extra free wireless controller? I can't tell if it does in the online deal, though the Black Friday deal DOES include it.

The CC bundle online says it only comes with one controller, so I'm not sure about there being two controllers.

Does anyone know about the Target deal for games? I'd prefer to just buy them online but if it's only in store I guess I'll head there Friday. It says "2-day sale" at the top of the page but it might just be in-store.

I was wondering this too. I know some stores last year had their Black Friday deals go into effect online Thursday at midnight, which would pretty much remove any necessity to get to the store early (assuming i can get one online).

There's two discs and boxes. I had a friend buy a bundle for a replacement 360.

It's not one disk, I have it, it's one case with two disk's inside.

You can always sell those on ebay if trade-in value is bad at the stores.

When are the actual ads sent in the newspapers? I am very interested in the 37" TV from Target, and I do not know if it is a "doorbuster" or if it is part of the 2-day sale. I want to call the store, but they won't say anything until the ad is officially out.

MLB: Pittsburgh Pirates (Season Ticket Holder)

                              EPL: Liverpool

Thanksgiving morning, get your local paper and it'll be filled with ads.
