Dr. Ken Johnston, former Manager of the Data and Photo Control Division at NASA's Lunar Receiving Laboratory during the manned Apollo Lunar Exploration Effort in the 1970's, was abruptly terminated Tuesday morning, October 23rd, from NASA's prestigious "Solar System Ambassador" (SSA) Program at JPL. The firing was direct reprisal for Johnston's published account in a New York Times Best Seller, "Dark Mission: the Secret History of NASA," of how NASA ordered him, 40 years ago, to destroy key Apollo lunar images and data -- rather than allow them to be preserved for academic study and public view. Johnston will testify at an Enterprise Mission sponsored National Press Club news conference this Tuesday, October 30th (Zenger Room, 9:00 AM) , how he disobeyed these NASA orders, secretly preserving the critical Apollo images. Johnston will then show some of the "missing" Apollo frames -- which confirm the existence of long-rumored "ancient artificial ruins and technology on the Moon," discovered by the Apollo astronauts but legally classified under the 1958 Space Act by NASA for over 40 years.

Johnston will be joined by Richard C. Hoagland, former NASA consultant and CBS News Science Science Advisor during the Apollo lunar missions. Hoagland is coauthor of "Dark Mission: The Secret History of NASA," and head of The Enterprise Mission. Hoagland will present an imaging analysis of Johnston's 40-year-old rescued Apollo images, comparing them to modern versions apparently currently being "leaked" by other "whistleblowers" on official NASA websites. He will also demonstrate and analyze one of the secret technologies retrieved by the Apollo crews, relating to the artificial control of gravity.

Honestly..what fool really thinks that out of all the BILLIONS of planets in the universe..Earth is the only spot in the entire realm that has life on it. Are you that naive?

Please..there are probably thousands and thousands of other planets across the galaxy having the same debate.

If Hoagland is there it loses all credibility for me. I used to listen to Art Bell all the time and that guy is just out there. He's a one man conspiracy theory. I'm all for life on other planets...how can there not be...but as for them releasing anything of solid evidence is going to be slim to none.

Yeah Hoagland's a bit of a loony but some of the stuff he presents is fascinating and potentially true. His hyper dimensional theory tho is pure poppycock tho.

Meh...why would NASA cover up signs of life on other planets. Wouldn't it make sense that if life was discovered, especially on the moon of all places, they'd be up to their gills with funded money for space exploration?

Instead, the moon is basically ignored and the search for life continues on Saturn and Jupiters moons. What sense does that make if life was right next door to us?

I dont believe it and I doubt I'll believe whatever photos he's able to provide.

Actually if there was advanced life found on the moon or elsewhere one can make the argument that funding would dry up. First of all, it'd meet fierce resistance by every major religion as aholbert said and also for the tricky ethical problem of whether we should tamper in another civilization's domain.

Even if it's primitive life you risk contamination if you bring samples back to earth and whatnot. Also with life on the moon that would basically kill the mineral mining idea that is currently popular within NASA on the moon because you just can't go and muck up a thriving ecosystem because you want new sources for energy.

Two completely different arguments. People have lived on earth for thousands of years. If Leprechauns (or any other mythical creatures) existed chances are we would have found them by now.
But we've explored how much of outer space? Maybe .00000000000000000000000000001% of it?

I'm in the group that feels people are very naive if they think we're the only living, intelligent beings amongst a universe that literally has billions of planets and stars.

I don't know about that. I guess it depends on how you look at it.
I believe in God and it's for that precise reason that I think there's other life out there. God loves to create. Why would he stop with one planet amongst billions?

Sometimes the overly religious are too nutty and narrow minded for their own good.
