Taste in music?
Wow the older I get the more I like bands and songs I hated back when I was younger. One band was Pink Floyd. I hated that band with a passion and now I am really starting to like them. Or Led Zeppelin, I couldn't stand that band now I really like them now. What gives music experts? Can you explain this.Tags: None -

Re: Taste in music?
Just because I like Creed and Nickelback. Creed sure sold a hell of a lot of records.
Also, I was always into bands like Metallica, I grew up with Kirk and I know Billie from Greenday. So maybe that is the reason I like them, I don't know I have been really liking Pink Floyd and I thought that would never happen.

I can give you 10 tons of crap and that doesn't change that it's crap....Just because I like Creed and Nickelback. Creed sure sold a hell of a lot of records.

Sorry...I just hate Scott Stapp with a passion, Nickelback is pretty close. I liked the first song from both bands...but everything sounds exactly the same after that. Gets soooo annoying.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Taste in music?
I never listened to classic jazz or electronic music 20 years ago when I was in my early 20s, instead listening to rock and even some country. Now classic jazz and progressive house are my musical mainstays.
Tastes evolve. It's natural.
Take care,

Re: Taste in music?
I think most people's taste in music changes because they just get tired of listening to a certain type of music.Comment

So what makes you an expert. Why don't you share some of the music you listen too and I can say that is crap too. It is all subjectable any ways!Comment

Re: Taste in music?
In the words of Pete Townsend(of The Who) "The music must change". Therefore, why can't our taste in music? There's nothing wrong with expanding your musical horizons. I myself,am enjoying the Beatles again after a 20 plus year stretch of leaving them behind.ByurrulzIdon'tfollowComment
