they were, plenty of times. the cops even seized footage from them. As for this, it's nothing more than some underground oddity, like the faces of death VHS tapes back in the day. It hasn't even been confirmed to be 100% real yet.

animals don't have a right or wrong mentality, so if you let them loose with freedom they would wipe out each other. at least you have good people and bad people in humans.

At least faces of death showed alot of random death with your occasional torture and henious crime but this is taking it a step to far by allowing people to commit crimes for mere entertainment.

Oh, it's real. I was in Harlem not too long ago and this guy was on the block selling "crack heads gone wild". It had actual footage of crack heads smoking the pipe and goin completely freakin crazy! I just looked at the guy and said "c'mon man". He was selling it like it was completely natural to do so, like he was a hot dog vendor or something. This is absolutely crazy, though.
