Apple has already introduced the new Mac Pro with higher specs than ever before.

Some items and tidbits you should expect to see:

1. Updated iPhone software - Apple will show off the already infamous 1.1.3 firmware showcasing multiple recipient SMS and the improved Google Maps. Probably be available that same day.

2. iTunes movie rentals - It was only a matter of time. Expect a full breakdown on their pricing scheme.

3. OS updates - Expect to hear how it has sold more than ever before and is one of Apple's most successful to date.

4. iPhone/iPod touch development kit - Expect to see some 3rd party applications on display.

Rumors are a replacement for the now defunct Mac Mini will make it's debut.... and be even smaller. A great way to connect all those fancy new HDTV's to Apple's media.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm excited as always.

It would have to be comparable to renting a movie from a store (or comparable to inDemand). I wonder if they'll do HD content rentals? How will sharing be? I don't have an AppleTV, and unsure if I can share stuff via iTunes to a PS3 or Xbox. If I'm renting something I want the ability to watch it on my big screen tv, you know?

Any rumor on a new iMac?

I would love for a 20" that weighed less and had a removable stand.

I doubt we will see an updated iMac. The iMac was updated in the last 1/2 year was it not?

A smaller notebook.

Word is they will drop the optical drive. That's crazy. It will also utilize the same NAND Flash memory found in the iPhone/iPod touch.

Maybe it will be a big deal... personally I don't care.

I personally don't care either, but I think it's the big thing this year. I read the same rumors, making the optical drive firewire or something so you could travel without having a drive. It'd cut down on weight for those really conscious about that.

I guess. Some people go GA-GA over Apple laptops. No big deal, IMO. They're pretty cool but it's still a computer.

Being around most of this technology when it releases will do that to you, I guess. Things like the iPhone and iPod touch intrigue me more because of their fresh take on current applications we use every day.

I don't care at all about a sub-notebook. Hopefully there are other things as well, as its looking like a crappy MWSF to me
