True, LL has been in decent shape his entire career. But there was point in this millennium that he got ridiculously cut. He had muscle before, but then he just came out of nowhere looking like he was training for a body building contest. I am not saying he couldn't (or didn't) do it naturally, but after all these years and it finally happening so quickly it raised some eyebrows.

Not sure about steroids, but I thought I read somewhere that LL recently had liposuction operations done.

Hip-Hop and R&B maybe the most ego/image driven entertainment media there is. Lots of expendable income and demanding tour schedules.

Neither did I, that pic surprised me.

But yeah, I'm not surprised to see 50 and Timbaland linked with steroids. LL and Busta wouldn't have shocked me either. Neither would DMX, Sheek, or Game, or a whole other host of rappers.

I think LL is just a workout freak. There are a lot of stories about it, and he's been at it a long time. He actually had a period where he was chubby, and then came out of that period kinda muscular, but thick. Since then he's been cutting fat.

I don't think so with Busta. Have you seen him lately? It looks like he ate the rest of the Flip Mode Squad.

I ditto the comments about LL being clean. I doubt he took 'roids. Fiddy on the other hand I knew. Same with Busta? Why did Mary J Blige take them? We all know why Remy Ma sounds how she looks like now.
