Cheap (even used) receiver - where to get?

The stereo receiver I use with my 360 went kaput this weekend. I don't use a whole lot, mainly for Rock Band and if I want to listen to music in our extra bedroom. I'm looking for a cheap replacement (under $50). I've checked Craigslist and there wasn't anything for sale in our area. The shipping cost makes eBay kinda pointless. The cheapest the big box stores carry is $100. Anybody know somewhere I can find a cheap receiver?

My cousin is selling an older 5.1 Yamaha receiver, want me to check up with him how much? He lives in Palmdale here in So Cal.

Nah, that's ok. The shipping alone would probably make it not worth it. Thanks though.
Guess I'll just hope I get lucky on craigslist.

Go into a CC or BB and ask if you can buy one of the floor models. A few summers ago I got a Sony model that was $150 new for $75, I know that's above your budget but just a suggestion.

Not a bad idea. I'll have to give that a try. Thanks.
