He's just stereotyping the company based on his bad experience...It'd be like me going "Operation Sports: B*stard Forums!" because of one or two idiots who pissed me off and called me names.
I understand his anger and I'd be pissed too...but with big companies you're not always 100% going to have things go well. These people don't get paid much, doesn't surprise me when some don't give a crap. Should DirecTV try and hire better people? Sure...but is it easy/possible? It's tough, and I don't know enough about the situation/DirecTV's hiring processes to fully have a good informed opinion.
