Re: Hell's Kitchen: Season 4
I have watched this show from the first episode in season 1, and Bobby was my favorite contestant ever. I literallyevery time he said something. To see one of the most likeable people ever on the show sent home before Jen made me so pissed.
Now Bobby wasn't the best chef there, but he didn't make many crippling mistakes until the last night. Corey is the frontrunner, Christina is very good but not experienced enough in Ramsay's mind, and Petrozza may have a very slim chance but not really. As someone said, for them to keep Matt's pathetically inept sorry *** around for weeks and boot the Four Star General after one bad night sucks. Jen is slow as **** and mouths off about everything and says "nobody wants this more than me" yet quits every night in the kitchen.
Bobby has one really bad night, hustles every night, gets along with his teammates (the anti-Jen) and respects Ramsay in the kitchen, yet he goes home? Nice message you're sending Gordon.
(Sorry for the rant but I was so pissed when Bobby got the boot. I almost don't care who wins now.)Comment

Re: Hell's Kitchen: Season 4
I watched this episode again last night. I am really surprised that Bobby got dismissed. Did he deserve it off one performance? I don't know but when there are only 5 people left every little error is magnified that much more. So in that reguard I can forgive Ramsey for letting him go.
But as far as an executive chef for one of his restaraunts...please. There is not one person left on that show that I would trust with a fine dinning establishment. Petroza is a great man stand-up individual but he is a slob. Jen is Jen she is a loud mouth, bossy beatrice. Corey, I'm still not sure that she can actually cook a 5 star meal. She is a private chef. WTF! Besided lonely 40 year old men who would hire her to cook for them. Christina is a culinary school student! I mean really she is still learning basic cooking techniques and I can only imagine how extensive her menu creativity is. So what am I suppose to beleive that Ramsey is gonna let her run an restaraunt? Not likely. So of those four people who is he really gonna put in charge? I guess I am just pissed like a lot of Bobby's fans on the board.Moderator

Re: Hell's Kitchen: Season 4
I think the problem with the show is that the viewer can only get a general sense of how bad the chef did that night. They have to cram a what, 4 hour service, into 10-15 minutes of TV? They have to really try and project how bad someone did in about 5 minutes time. It sucks for us but there is no way the show will go over an hour, and I don't think any of us want that anyway, so we have to assume the Bobby was even worse than they showed that night.
I'm calling it, Jen is going home, tonight. It's a shame, she is a good chef, but her attitude really sucks hard. She'd possibly be cute if she wasn't such an arse..Comment

Re: Hell's Kitchen: Season 4
Yep.
If she had just turned her attitude around, imo she'd have been a lock. But attitude is just as important as cooking skills for an executive chef, and I think Ramsey realized she was never going to change.Comment

Come on, Petrozza!
Heh, I love that dude. He'll definitely be getting some 'cougar' tail when he wins that $250,000 and that job.Send your Midnight Release weirdo pics/videos to my new website: http://www.peopleofmidnightreleases.com!Comment
