Tobias: "We'll have to get the hot cops to change their names to something like hot sailors, or better yet, hot sea..."

"Michael: I like hot sailors, let's stick with that..."

        I almost pissed myself.

I wouldn't equate not liking a style of comedy with a lack of intelligence. Having watched a handful of shows I wasn't terribly impressed with it's "sophistication". I would assume the writer (or writers) at "Blind Date" had watched many episodes and unlike me had found a few great ones.

                      My favorite quote:

Gob: "My God. What is this feeling?"
Michael: "You know, the feeling that you're feeling is just what many of us call ... a 'feeling.'
Gob: "It's not like envy, or even hungry."
                      Michael: "Could it be love?"
Gob: "I know what an erection feels like, Michael."

I think my favorite ongoing joke on the show was Michael's reactions to Ann. Such an amazing show.

I just got my set of seasons 1-3 from Amazon. It's only $45 now. I had seen episodes before, but I had forgotten how great this show was. Now I will never forget, as I have them on disc.

There are lots of lines people can quote that are priceless, but there are also a lot of things you just have to see. My favorite so far is when Gob is trying to be rebellious by throwing the letter he was suppsoed to mail into the sea.

Just as you never enjoyed AD, I never enjoyed Seinfeld and think it to be one of the most overrated shows, period.
