I must say the blackberry is amazing for emailing and messaging others. I have the bold and i love it. The only down part to the bb is the internet use. The iphone is so much better for that but not so good about the emailing part. But BB all the way !!!!

Also, DL Bolt Browser (v1.6) - it puts BB default & Opera Mini browsers to shame.

I go back and forth between Bolt and Opera, have them both on my phone. They both have their pros and cons, IMO. Bolt has really come a long way since their first release, though.

The default browser is being worked on. RIM acquired a very good mobile browsing company to work on it. Add that to deals announced at the Blackberry conf. with Adobe and Open GL the future looks bright for the Blackberry platform.

So... My blackbery **** the bed last night.

Had to work a 13 hour work shift with no entertainment. I'm trying to fix it myself right now. Basically... I was listening to music and BLAM, it freezes. Do a hard reset and it shoots JVM Error 102. I went into the event log and it shot that error about 12 files. No way in hell I could back up my phone at that point. So I just did a clean wipe and I'm re-installing the OS. Hopefully that works.

The new Tour2 has me considering selling my Droid... It really looks gorgeous and puts all the features on the T2 that kept me away from the T1.

Just picked up the Curve 2 yesterday, this if my first smartphone of anykind and it's like learning to use a phone all over again.

Blackberry is awesome I feel like I have so much to learn to fully get the most out of my phone. Reading through this thread is a start, I'm currently trying to find some cool themes and apps.

TMo wouldn't let the wife and I out of our contracts due to terrible reception where we live now but they are letting us upgrade at the discount price...I can live with that.

They sent us a couple of Curve 8520s...wife is keeping her phone (which is good as it's her first BB) but I'm sending mine back and getting the Bold 9700 which just looks like a beast.

Should be here Wed or Thursday, can't wait.

Got my Bold 9700 today...phone is flat out SICK.

The screen and resolution is incredible...awesome apps and games already on it, camera and video are both out of this world, 3G, etc.

This phone is just amazing.

Only problem is that I'll have to re-copy all my Opera Mini bookmarks lol. Ugh.

How much a month is it? And can you get Opie and Anthony? How about the NFL channel (I'm sure not games) ESPN Radio? Etc..

I know Stern isn't a part of it.

It's so lame that Stern isn't allowing his channels on any of these apps. I love the guy but he really shows his age sometimes with his adversity to embracing something like this...

Hopefully when he re-ups with Sirius it'll be written in the new deal that his program will be on all mobile apps.
