You're talking about 3.0 right? I don't have a session manager under Tools.

Also, just to be clear, i don't want to bookmark my work..or make a new homepage. I just want to save the pages that i'm in when I close Firefox so when I open Firefox next those same pages load up. If i save everytime i will have a boatload of saves and I don't want that.

If you check out the link I posted (couple posts up), it looks like you'll be able to. Scroll down a bit and there's an image of (what I think is) what you described.

Os is now going loony, pages is are loading all crazy looking.

Anyways, no I am talking about 2.0. If you look under Tools you should see Session Manager.

Yes you can save whatever sites you were viewing, all tabs intact as well. I see what you are saying, you don't want to save. I am saying, saving is an option, but you don't have to. If I were to close firefox right now, and load up, I'd start with my homepage. But all I'd have to do to get back to this page is go to Session Manager and load my last session, which would be this one; no saving to do.

Of course, if I am looking at a fe pages for say a research project and I want to stop and do something else for a while without having a lot of tabs open, I could go to Session Manager and just save that session and close it all up. Then I could just bring it back whenever I wanted with no hassle. You can always delete them if you didn't want to have a bunch of saves.

Minefield is the beta for Firefox 4.0 I thought. I could be wrong though.

Lol, they (Mozilla) ask for us to help break a record and their server apparently can't handle the strain of so many accessing the site at once.

Why isn't firefox asking to auto-update when i start my browser like with all the other versions of firefox?

I guess they want the "non-download" record

Becuase it's not out yet? Also, I don't think it will for totally new versions, but maybe.

I installed that and it still says RC3 at the top.
