Problem watching streaming video
For some reason now I can't watch any streaming videos at all. When I try to watch something there's no sound and it stops at two seconds everytime. This has happened before and I would usually have to restart the computer or close firefox but that isn't working anymore. Does anyone know how I can go about fixing this?Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Tags: None -
Re: Problem watching streaming video
How many posts are you viewing per page? I was having the same problem when I was viewing 40 posts per page, but after I changed it to 20 it stopped. It was mainly happening whenever I tried to view videos in the Best Youtube Videos thread. I think it may have to do with too many flash videos/tabs opened @ the same time... not sure though.

EDIT: Still doesn't work for me even at 10 post per page. Oh well, they work in IE, so I guess I'll use that.Last edited by aukevin; 06-26-2008, 12:50 PM.

Re: Problem watching streaming video
you people are bad luck. as soon as i clicked on this thread i went to go watch a youtube video and it stopped at 2 seconds and i lost the audio. i saved my tabs and quit firefox and that solved the problem though.Originally posted by bkrich83Just do what I do and put him on ignore. Re: Problem watching streaming video
That happens to me on occasion too. I just close Firefox and re-open it to fix. I guess it's just a bug in Firefox. Maybe it's fixed in 3.0.Streaming PC & PS5 games, join me most nights after 6:00pm ET on TwitchTV https://www.twitch.tv/shaunh20
