Wow! What a freakin experience. You know you're night was good when you wake up covered in mud. Another Larry Joe Taylor Musicfest has come and gone.

This was my home for 2 days. I brought the tent. My brother rigged up PVC pipe in the back of his truck with a tarp over it.

We played a lot of washers.

      Stood here for 6 hours

      watching

      oh and watching

after the shows we walked around and stumbled upon

this is the one pic I could find with no naked chicks in them

It's a 6 hose beer bong made out of a gatorade cooler

We sat back last night, so many people

The more I listen to Easton Corbin, the more I like him. Great voice.

Just got Josh Abbott Band's new CD "She's Like Texas". Pretty damn good, Amazon has it for $5 digital download right now so pick it up! http://www.amazon.com/Shes-Like-Texa...58418&sr=301-1

              Current single from it is

              <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/yapf2QvFHfw&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/yapf2QvFHfw&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

I think the next single they release should be "Oh, Tonight" or "Hot Water"

Saw Josh Abbott Band again tonight at 8.0s in Ft. Worth. They have a show every Wednesday night at a stage outside. Next week is Charla Corn(super hot, look her up) who performed with JA tonight in a song.

                  <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/zd0DxQkYxOM&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/zd0DxQkYxOM&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

8.0s is a really cool outside place in historic downtown, but if you ever venture to one of these shows, just plan on not getting inside the gates. This video is show from where I stood, on the sidewalk outside of the single chain that seperates you, perfect view with a speaker pointing our way. We paid no cover and got the same show.

You can bring your own cooler and drink on the sidewalk. Saw 2 people doing it and even saw a cop get on to a couple for sitting in lawn chairs(blocking the sidewalk he said), but not for having a cooler of beer.

Hope you guys are catching this Brooks and Dunn tribute. I forgot about it and missed the first 30 mins but the rest has been unreal.

If you see him/If you see her was awesome. Lady A started it but both Ronnie and Reba joined at the end...

Yeah this duo has been my favorite since the start. If You See Him if You See Her was great as was Neon moon by Carrie underwood and Hard Working Man by Darius Rucker, heck all of them have been good.

Sugarland should have song red dirt road the way it was meant to be sung. I don't think that is a good job there. It is almost like you are bigger than them, by changing the song. Oh well. The rest have been good. I will say this Jen S from Sugarland does have a great voice.

Going old school, but EVERYONE who views this thread needs to listen to Rollercoaster by the Randy Rogers Band, ya it came out 6 years ago, but it's still their best album to date.

I recently discovered Chris Knight. Dude is amazing. I've been poking around on iTunes looking for similar artists, but if anyone has any good recommendations, feel free to share.
