Thank you. All the support in this thread for such a terrible artist. At least Eli was entertaining.

DMX was offered a contract to Rick Ross's label for when he gets out of prison. Any thoughts?

DMX has been irrelevant since the early 2000's. Not really expecting that to change.

He can still spit though if he would quit getting arrested. And if he did go to Maybach he would get some money and pretty much be right back in the limelight again.

Meh, a lot of what he's put out over the last few years hasn't sounded good at all to me.

It's a shame too because I loved some DMX. Nothing could get you more hype than a good DMX song.

I think he's too old to warrant major media attention no matter how much thunder he could drop lyrically. He would have a significantly different image than the one that made him famous to begin with.

I may be late, but has anyone else heard Elzhi's Ellmatic? I didn't think it was possible, but he actually did Illmatic justice. An incredible piece of work. I highly suggest that fans of Illmatic or real hip hop check it out.

Yeah you're late. I tried to listen to it but there was something weird with the audio so the beats were louder than his voice and I could hardly hear what he was saying. It was probably just the file I downloaded but I never bothered to go back and listen to it again so I don't know.
