yea this is prolly the most likely reason he seems to be so polarizing. i only liked 3 songs of his...who dat, lost ones, nobodys perfect. i know he got lyrics, but he just doesnt grab my ears for some reason. i dont hate or clown on him tho and i can see why ppl like him...just not my guy, for now. i def dont see how ppl could draw the line and actually hate and clown on him tho...i mean hes not close to terrible on any level. some artist just end up that way where u either hate em or love em, with not too many ppl in the middle.

I definitely remember Who Dat having huge buzz right after it came out and would consider that a hit single prior to him going mainstream.

I was actually really pissed off when Work Out came out because I thought it was pretty weak to just lift the end of The New Workout Plan like that. I finally came around though.

Work Out was definitely a hit: A lot of people, at least around me, only knew Cole from that song, and a little bit from Can't Get Enough.
