That Ray J rant had me dyin...

Can't wait for the 27th to get that Cole CD tho. I've avoided all leaks so far plus I refrained from listening to Cole since for about two months now. I hope the album sounds like when I just started listening to Cole.

It wouldn't be an internet rap thread without people not understand why someone doesn't agree with them.

Any thoughts on Phonte - Charity Starts At Home? Listened to the first half this morning and everything I've heard is heat rocks.

As for the J. Cole album. I kept 4 tracks and deleted the rest. His flow is boring which is too bad because some of the beats are nice.

                .
Pretty complete album. You get all sides of Phonte - stright spittin', sangin', comedy, I really like it.

Sup yall. Hey, I'm in need of some writers for my website. I came here first cause I know some of yall some hip hop heads. For the most part, I just need some freelance material to add to the website. Some thought provoking articles about the music industry as a buisness and as a community. If you're interested, PM me or reply back to this thread. I'll be checking throughout the day like I normally do here.

Here is the link to me website: www.neverfollow.biz

We're an independent record label with worldwide internet distribution and we're looking for souls to help us push this movement. We've got office space and a radio station in the works so things are looking on the up. Get at me.

But of course with what seems to be the norm in Rap, when you're MC Deep Thoughts signed to Burning Incense Record Label aka Underground, you're the most slept on thing since the Bed but when you move up and sign with Big Time Records aka Mainstream, which means you're going to be noticed more than what you were before, then you're more overrated than a mug.
Well since I'm the only one who brought up not liking him anymore, I'm going to assume that you're referring to me and if that's the case, you're wrong. I actually only found out about him after he signed to Roc Nation and started getting more buzz but after listening to his countless mixtapes, his voice and flow are getting grating and I don't get excited about his songs like I used to.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)
