Then come winter/spring, keep Prison Break at 8:00pm, but place 24 at it's regular 9:00pm timeslot.
Prison Break's ratings soar when it is placed with 24, if FOX wants more viewers, this is their best bet.Comment

I pray this show isnt canceled, especially if they dont tie the story up first and it just gets axed. I never understand the decisions these execs make, change the timeslot and see what happens before you just cancel it completely, if they had done that with Jericho and The Black Donnelys, we might still have both of those shows still.Comment

Fox Execs. are looking to cancel Sarah Connor Chronicles and possibly move Prison Break to a new timeslot/day, due to poor ratings for both shows.
They've also said they don't want to lose Prison Break, but the ratings continue to drop (only at around 5.8 right now, when they were around 7 last year...and last year there were talks of not bringing it back for a Season 4), and if they dont go up or at least stabalize (they've dropped every episode this season), they might be forced to cancel.
I doubt they cancel it mid-season, but I'm sure this means this is the final season; unless people stop being gay and actually tune into Prison Break from here on out.
Either way, I will be severely disappointed if Season 4 is cancelled mid-season, or wrapped up as the last season. This show is by far and away the greatest series to ever air on television, in my opinion.
Edit: Wow, Prison Break is doing worse than I thought. In '07, Prison Break averaged a rating of 9.8million viewers, in '08 that number dropped to 7.5million viewers. Last night's episode had 5.3million.
This is where I see people tuning out + Monday night at 8 p.m. is a bad timeslot.Comment

I really liked yesterday's episode. It had a lot of good moments. Especially Sucre in Vegas. That was pretty funny. can't wait till next week.Comment

Anyone still watching this, I thought tonights episode was pretty good, it was painfully obvious who was going to die in the tunnel. Dont like the fact that the assassin was just pushed in the water without a bullet in his head first as everytime that seems to happen in other movies/shows the guy ends up living somehow. Solid episode after a week off.Comment

I get that same feeling and it wouldnt surprise me, werent there rumors earlier this year that they might cancel this season altogether because of lackluster ratings? They cant drag this on forever and I would rather they end it while its good instead of dragging it on too long and turning it into a joke.Comment

It probably needs to be. I mean how many more things can they do with this show. I still watch the show, but to me it hasn't nearly been as good these last two seasons."The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. It will probably be the end. I don't see how they could continue without dragging it on.Comment

It was sad having to say goodbye to Bellick. While I couldn't stand the character in Season1 and most of Season2, he really started to grow on me towards the backend of Season2 to his final scenes in Season4.
It's truly amazing to go from absolutely hating a guy, to being disappointed when he dies.
Also, has anyone noticed that Scofield has gained some weight this year?Comment

Intense episode tonight. I was on the edge of my seat for the entire scene when they were crawling in scilla. I was like holding my breath and when Sucre nearly dropped the Nitrogen, I about bit my tongue off.
I'm also surpised Michael didn't think about an alarm going off if Scilla gets touched period.

Because Michael did it again. He freaking did it again. The reason why he needed to be there is because he had a plan that no one else knows.
He needs the sixth card and he needs the General to give it to him. So that's what's going to happen. The General is going to give Michael the card and he's going to walk away with Scilla."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
