I loved it when Michael threw the pen at Toby after Toby wrote down the number of the rehab clinic.

Well, a mid-season cliff-hanger i guess. The opening was pretty hilarious. I HATE when the focus on Meredith's character, bleh, so the episode was kinda average for me (minus the beginning)

It was just everyone being sad for Andy, who is basically a child about to be told that Santa Claus isn't real. Phyllis really didn't think about what she was doing when she blurted that out and everyone kind of realized how ****ed-up the whole situation is all at once when Andy was cheerfully playing a song for Angela.

When Andy was first introduced on the show, I was kind of lukewarm on his character but he has become one of the funniest characters on the show right now.

Last night's episode wasn't one of the better Christmas episodes we've seen on the show, but it was still good. And that final scene when Phyllis threw Angela under the bus was probably the most cold-blooded scene ever on the show. I couldn't believe she burned Angela like that.

Angela deserves it, she's had that coming forever. Andy doesn't deserve to be i nthat situation. That was kind of the point of that last scene -- Phyllis screwed up, but not because she was cold-blooded with Angela. Hahaha, I love Dwight, "Don't act so surprised."

I'm going to agree with Stumbleweed on this one. I don't feel bad for Angela whatsoever. What Phyllis did was shady, sure - but, pretty deserving too imo.

That was less of an enjoyable holiday episode and more of a story telling ep. That Phyllis - Angela thing was cold blooded!

Yeah, I didn't laugh much except at Michael hitting Toby in the head with the pen, and Michael saying "I would like to make a deposit: alcoholic" when he took Meredith to the rehab center.

But it was a good episode overall, definitely meant to move along the story more than anything. Glad to see that they didn't try to artificially-inject some more Jim and Pam drama just for the sake of keeping that up. The focus on Meredith seemed strange, but I do like that Michael's crazy Absinthe and Splenda drink was responsible for her acting like a crazy person.

Oh I don't feel bad for Angela either, she definitely had it coming and has been more ruthless over time on the show than Phyllis could ever be. I just couldn't believe Phyllis went there though.

That scene where Toby has to buy the princess doll from Darryl was so pathetic. Poor Toby.

I also loved during the intervention when the guy came into the office looking around and then made the princess unicorn signal to Dwight by holding his finger up to his head.
