I usually bump this thread at least once a year just to check up on what all the Hardcore/Screamo heads are listening to lately; and hopefully check up some new bands.

For fans of Emery. They are going on a Weak's End 10th Anniversary tour featuring the return on Devin later this year. Playing TWE from start to finish (and hopefully other songs sprinkled in cause that's only 10 songs/40 minutes).

Yeah I saw that. My friend who I go to a lot of shows with's favorite band. Saw them with Silverstein, We Came As Romans, Sky Eats Airplane, and I think Dance Gavin Dance among others. They played the shortest set despite being main support so that sucked. I'll probably skip this though. Coming to Philly in less then a month I think I saw, and I've got a couple shows to see at the beginning of October.

Good *** band though. It's crazy seeing these awesome bands turning 10 and up.

Any Woe, Is Me fans? I'm digging the new EP. I hate to compare every band of the genre to ADTR (like how every similar metalcore band gets compared to August Burns Red), but that's the band I thought of. Heavy ****, but also acoustic tracks. Not gonna lie, I prefer the heavier portions.

Have heard them a bit, but don't listen to them per se. They have some fun covers. Check out the band Issues, former lead of the band.

I'm seeing ADTR next month. Pretty psyched. One of my favorites is playing with, possibly as an opener on their arena tour to get more exposure. Speaking of, their label is trying to block the release of their new album. Crappy stuff, but they're determined to get it out there. Apparently Victory Records is the devil.

Bumping a lot of Emery today. They're better then I thought from the 8 or so song I have. Great sound, great clean vocals (underrated voice) and awesome complimentary screamo. They kill it.

Well, what you've heard of Woe, Is Me is what you'll always hear. They have broken up just as they were about to enter the studio for a new album.
