Well I'm happy to say that I wasn't disappointed at all and I can't wait to see it again. The only bad thing is that it's probably gonna be 2 years before we see a sequel. It's going to look beautiful on Blu-Ray.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Very excited for this. Haven't ever watched more than 5 minutes of Star Trek in my life, so this will be completely new to me.

Awesome movie. If you all have an IMAX theatre nearby, absolutely see this movie in that theatre. Well worth the extra dough I ponied up for a ticket.

Just saw it tonight. I never watched the Star Trek series before but the movie was great and very enjoyable. Anyone looking for a great Sci-fi movie, this is it.

As someone who's never even seen an episode of Star Trek, I absolutely loved this movie.

Saw it for the third time in IMAX just now and I don't think its a stretch to say this movie will make a very very good run at 1 Billion dollars at the box office.

Yeah this will now be one of probably fours movies (unless a surprise hit like Iron Man last year appears) did hit $300... HP, Transformers 2, Terminator.

Saw it at IMAX myself last night, and I agree 100%. The Wife and I loved this movie, and are going back today to see it again. The crowd loved it, and there was so much energy in the room it was like being at a game. They stood up and cheered/clapped when the credits hit, like I have not seen in a long time.

See now you are just bragging.

When they first announced the cast I had some doubts, but after the movie I felt the younger cast brought the true essence of their older versions.

By the way, Zoe Saldana was pretty smokin' hot in this flick.
