I can't wait to see this, especially after the overwhelmingly positive reviews.

    Sam Raimi is a genius.

Ditto but I bet if I could find the trailers for Evil Dead they would probably look ****ty to.

We'll color me impressed.. For being away from the genre for a while, it feels as if Raimi never left. For a PG-13 rating this movie does a great job with the scares & gore. The storyline is decent & flows OK. Though not original in concept the premise is good & makes the movie intriguing..

Not sure if non Raimi Fans will enjoy this but I had a great time watching. I won't say to much more as not to spoil anything..

              I give it an 8

Re: Sam Raimi's Drag Me To Hell

I just got back from watching it and had a blast. Raimi is back and with his signature directing style. Horror + Comedy + Unique and insane story telling = success!!

I especially LOVED the ending...OMG I wish Raimi would just make horror films I think. This show really did remind me of the Evil Dead series so much and if anyone loved those then they need to get to see this movie right away.

I give it a 9.5 out of 10. Just a freakin' fun movie!

BTW - I love the nod to the Evil Dead series where the boyfriend said he was going to the cabin for the weekend, LOL.

Not that I saw and I looked closely. But I may have just missed it.

Went and saw this tonight. Overall a pretty solid flick. Some the scenes with the gypsy woman were rather sickening, such as when the she waiting to find out about her extension and she removes here dentures and coughs up whatever the hell that was. My fiance almost lost her appetite for cookie dough bites at that time. A couple of moments that could make people jump, but nothing SCARY so to speak. The ending kind of caught me by pleasant suprise as well.

Went to peep out this movie Sunday night and had a blast. It had it's make-you-jump moments, but overall it was hilarious and seeing it in a theatre full of people adds to the experience.

A good way for me to start off the summer movie season. Now i'll see Up! in disney digital 3d this weekend.

The funny thing is, my girlfriend caught on to the ending before I did.

I saw this tonight and it was awesome. Raimi needs to stick to horror and forget all about Spidey. I loved it - Raimi just has a knack for making the genre his own and pay homage to it while being able to mock it at the same time.

lol I saw this movie at the Alamo Drafthouse and they showed an old Evil Dead trailer. It does look pretty crappy when you see it now, but it's still a classic. I didnt realize this was the same director.
