There are certainly other characters that portray their character as well, despite not having equal face time. Jose Garcia stands out above all the other "B" characters in the show for me.
Gotta agree with Jose Garcia. Why we haven't seen this man in more comedies, I don't know.

Also, for those who can't stand "Smirk," Elizabeth Mitchell..... please watch GIA. You know, with Angelina Jolie. It'll probably change your mind a bit.

I think Elizabeth Mitchell is awesome on the show. It was really hard to figure her out early on.

I've been slowly watching seasons of Alias and I realized that Sloan is Benjamin Linus. They are both the same.

I'm in Season 3 so it's still up in the air how good a person Sloan is. Just like with Ben. You just want to hate them but then they do good things every now and then.

It was hard to figure her out because she is always smirking. It took me about a year to figure out that she's not doing an evil smirk, its just the way she looks.

I still find it amazing that what was supposed to be a relatively small character (Ben Linus) in season 2 has turned out to be such a big part of the show. Just goes to show that not everything was set-in-stone way back then.

I still think Ben was always a major character. I think the "small" role ordeal was to confuse the spoilers.

Wow, I really enjoyed this episode. Next week's looks really good as well.

Still blows my mind how faraday can die, but still be around on the freighter. I guess the whole linear "present" idea makes sense.

So I guess the remainder of the season is going to be trying to detonate that bomb and stop the events, with the cliffhanger being what happens if they are able to stop that energy from escaping?

My guess is Kate and Jack go down into the Hostiles camp and tries to convince them what Faraday was doing, going through his sack, his journal, and what not this leads Ellie and Richard to help them do Faradays plan.

what are you talking about? after he was on the freighter, he went back in time. he died after he was on the freighter. the year he died does not play into it at all.

I wonder if Richard can do the "Ben Treatment" on Faraday.

So Daniel is dead. He did what Charlotte told him he would do...or maybe he didn't. I think he did. He told her to stay away just as she said he would.

More and more continues to happen that proves Daniel's theory. "You can't change the past." Maybe there are variables, and the Losties are those variables. But, if that's the case, it doesn't make sense for Faraday to tell Ellie that she knew this would happen.

A variable would mean that the Losties weren't supposed to be there. So, is Daniel not part of their variable? I guess that's the only solution. Perhaps all of Flight 815 is the variable.

What's happened to prove that you can change the past? I can't think of anything that's proven that. Except possibly Desmond, who it seems the rules do not apply to.
