Re: Where are my 30 something former "Headbangers"?!!

I remember seeing a little known band Guns & Roses open up for the Zodiac Mindwarp and Accept.

Seeing LA Guns open up for AC/DC

    Whitesnake for Motley Crue

    Guns & Roses for Aerosmith

    Metallica at and outdoor venue.

    Pink Floyd

My only regret was that I had tickets for the Ozzy Concert during the Bark at the Moon tour and got food poisoning or the stomache flu the day of.

My Mom only had 1 rule and thats you go to school no matter what. Rolling in at 5am from a concert road trip showering and heading off to school. Good Times.

That is trip, I grew up with those guys. They were my brother's friends. They were always jamming with Kirk at his mother's basement. Wow that was a LONGGGGGGGGGG time ago!

I can't remember. It was a bunch of guys over there. I was only there becasue my brother took me. It was sweet though. They were some bad *** players there though. That is the same time I would go listen to Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike play at Billie's garage. I think we were 10 then.

After seeing the energy Anselmo had tonight, I would've killed to see him with Pantera in their prime. I bet the shows they put on were absolutely insane.

It was really cool that he actually mentioned Pantera (or Pan****ingtera as he put it) as well as Dimebag.

Hope you had a blast man. Where'd you end up sitting/standing?
I saw Pantera at Dallas City Limits about 6 months before 'Cowboys' came out....

                Good stuff
