    Email problem

This morning I can't open my email I get a window that says...

    "invalid user/password"

and it requires me to validate my user/password in the appropriate boxes. However, they are exactly the same. I press OK and keep getting the same message. Any fix to this?

    Thanx

      Re: Email problem

Well, I found out that I can send mail, just not receive it. I haven't had a problem until today.

I guess I should have said "I can't send" instead of "open".

something with your outgoing server. What email service do you use? ATT ?

you sure ? Pop should be the incoming and SMTP is the outgoing.

Yes. I use outlook and also incredimail. Have been for years. I've been trouble shooting and I get this "doesn't recognize password". I've tried retyping it, googling for help, nada? Worked perfect yesterday.

AVG, have been for years. I did a system restore, didn't help. I don't mess with any of the settings.

strange the system restore didn't work. I would try deleting that account and then add it back.

                              Merry Christmas to you friend
