    Brighthouse (Time Warner) or Verizon

I've had Brighthouse for 8+ years now and am continually underwhelmed with their service and channels (i.e. no NFL Network). Been thinking about switching to Verizon where the price is about 3 bucks a month higher, but more channels.

I currently have phone, cable, internet through Brighthouse and would get all three through Verizon. Any thoughts on which is better?

You too can be a 5* recruit at FSU.......

We live in Wesley Chapel (20 min. northeast of Tampa)...I was with bright house for 4 years and they sucked...numerous problems. Their HD is awful (after I bought my HD tv I couldn't even see a difference between that and SD).

When we bought a home a few months ago we switched to DirecTv and I absolutely love it. We still have our phone and high speed internet with Brighthouse and it's fine...but I don't recommend their cable. We went through numerous boxes and all they do is bring you used cable boxes that may work for a day and then don't the next.

But I'd suggest you give Verizon a shot...we were considering that if we were going to continue to rent - people I talk to say Verizon is better quality than Brighthouse.

I have verizon fios and I love it better than comcast. They have a really nice line up of HD channels in my area. Free NFL network, ESPNU. Their OD might be a little behind comcast's but I DVR shows that I want to watch. I have nothing bad to say about my fios experience.

Get rid of it. With Verizon you will be able to see more FSU games, basketball and baseball, as I think Brighthouse has issues with FSN.
