Great movie, but pissed me off. Felt bad for the guy the entire time.

Anyway, a great film. I couldn't help but see many of the same things I experienced in a relationship I had years ago. Even down to the girl getting married three months later. Like Tom, I just couldn't understand how that could happen.

This movie very good and very right on so many relationship things. I liked the ending...don't think it would have had the same impact without that "name"

Glad I decided to blind buy.

Felt like a modern day "The Wonder Years" episode...just change their names to Kevin and Winnie

Just tear out my heart and remind me once again that TWY still isn't on DVD. Ugh.

That is, without a doubt, one of my favorite shows of all time, and I would definitely buy as many seasons on DVD as I could, but they can't get the licensing for the music and don't want to do it with different/missing music.

My bad man. I loved that show. The near-perfect music selections in 500 Days also reminded me of the wonder years. FYI: A few people taped all the episodes on VHS and have converted them to DVDs which they sell on ebay. I bought a set almost 5 years ago--was about $40 shipped. Decent quality.

I let a few people borrow the discs and now I'm missing 2 from my set.

LOL I fight with my cousin because of TWY. Dudes name was paul Phifer (Fife-er) not Paul Piper. There is an episode where they all have their initials carved in a tree there is WC, KA, and PP. I swear to god we will argue to the death. My cousin swears dudes name is Paul Piper because of the PP and its not PF. He wont go out and watch the show either, he just argues lol.

I really liked this movie as well. The style is what made it the interesting to me mostly.

I think what makes this movie so great is how easy it is to relate to. I think we've all been in a situation where you're clearly more into a person than they are with you. And I liked that it seemed to have that unrealistic perfect relationship thing going for it, but then they have the scenes where you see it how it really is. Also the expectation/what really happened scene is probably one of my most favorite scenes in any movie.

Basically. If you've been in an unsuccessful relationship you'll be able to relate to one side or the other...or both.

I'm undecided on if this is a movie you wanna watch with your significant other.

I don't think it is. I love the movie but there's no way I'd watch it with a girlfriend. The questions a g/f would ask after the movie would never end.

True. Probably not a date movie.

I finally watched this tonight. Great film. Zooey is just so cute. I agree with a lot of the sentiments already thrown out. Just a great great movie.
