Re: Looking for a song (no real description)
Basically, I can remember like a few notes in my head in the chorus that would make you think that maybe someone like The Who, Bryan Adams, Journey, orSammy Hagar
sang it, but I think it's too popular for me to have searched through all of their popular songs to not find it. I don't know any words in the song nor can I really even hum out that part, but it's a nice high pitched kick-up in the song for at least that one moment.
I also tried Pandora to even find other potential artists that this band could fall under, and nothing close enough for me to start digging into their songs.
Maybe someone could help me out here at least with similar sounding bands? Thanks.Comment

Re: Looking for a song (no real description)
Because they have a Van Halen sound to them. Like I said, I didn't think it was any of those bands, that's why I was asking for other similar sounding bands.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

As for the time frames I was talking about the parts that I knew the same "tone" to, it's the following:

Re: Looking for a song (no real description)
What dreams are made of is my favorite Van H songs with his Hagar. But I agree David is the man! And Mo if you are looking for bands that sound like Ratt and Quiet Riot try ABBA.Right Blzer they sound all the same.

Re: Looking for a song (no real description)
Haha well they all came to mind. In fact, I remember a couple of years ago I was trying to find out the name for the song Baba O'Riley, and coming onto here I first thought it was a Van Halen song. Later I found out it was from The Who.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
