      Ah, it wasn't great but it wasn't the worst piece of crap ever either. The one thing about that movie that no one gives credit for is that it has an obscure connection to Jack Kirby's FOURTH WORLD comic book series. I can't think of a single remake of an old school property that has pulled off anything that obscure or geeky.

      So at least give them credit for that.

                Masters of the Universe, Judas Priest, Doogie Howser....Pretty much alot stuff I liked as a kid turned out to be part of the Sausage Lovers convention.

                  i was a kid so I couldnt see the connection to the comic book series. I just wanted it to be exactly like the cartoon

                    Agreed, I liked the movie as a kid though, looking back on it the end battle scene between He-Man and Skeletor reminded me way too much of Return of the Jedi.
