    Kids of the 80's

I hear a live action He Man movie is in production with the working title Grayskull, and that a live action Voltron is in the works. Any one know if this is true? If so I cant wait.

I hated both cartoons. Not interested myself.

After seeing Transformers, I am afraid of what they'll do to Voltron. People ate that up for some reason though so who knows.

The He-Man movie is in the works for sure. I know that the original studio dropped it but I believe it was picked up by another one.

Actually looking at Wiki to refresh my memory the movie will be done in a similar style to 300 and will be distributed by WB. John Stevenson, the director of Kung Fu Panda will be directing the movie.

I've heard about the rumors of a Voltron live action movie but that's all i've heard just rumors.

I think a remake of "Red Dawn" is coming down the pipe. Since the Cold War is over, they will probably take out the Reds and make the enemy "terrorists" or something.

Well with all these movies coming out, I wonder when "Gobots" and "The Smurfs" will get their due.

While I liked Transformers, I just wish they would leave the others alone..

                  From Wikipedia

Sony Pictures has announced plans to begin a trilogy of live-action/computer-generated Smurf films. The project had been in various stages of development since 2003.[15] In June 2008, it was announced that Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation have acquired film rights from Lafig Belgium. Current plans have Jordan Kerner producing with Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third screenwriters J. David Stem and David N. Weiss in negotiations to write.[16][17]

Masters of the Universe was the shizz.

I SO want a He-Man video game though. There was a few years back said to be in production, but was scrapped.

Definitely will see this movie, love He-Man as a kind.

                      What about M.A.S.K?
