Section 31 - negative 20 out of 10. The worse star trek movie I have ever saw in my life.

The Order - 9 out of 10. Based on true events. One of Jude Law best movies he was ever in.

      The Bourne Ultimatum - 8.5/10

Up next The Bourne Legacy and Jason Bourne.
      In 0.5-point increments:

      The Bourne Identity - 7/10
      The Bourne Supremacy - 8.5/10
The Bourne Ultimatum - 10/10 (in my top 20 all-time films)
      The Bourne Legacy - 6/10
      Jason Bourne - 7.5/10

I have a soft spot for Jason Bourne because of Paul Greengrass's directing influence. It also has the best last act of the films for me (not better than the others, but keeps me engaged with its film the most).

I love Supremacy, but I think Greengrass really found himself out with the franchise in Ultimatum and you see a few chinks in the armor before that.

Identity is good and obviously hits more quadrants having the Marie character (plus likely being more closely adapted from its novel of the same title), but feels so dated and doesn't jive consistently with Liman's directing to the rest of the franchise, which is an unfair mark since it came first... and even though it fits the film, it kind of sticks out differently. The Bourne Legacy has the same issue with being a different everything (director and lead), but I don't mind rewatching every few years as it's an interesting spin on the story. Plus, it has the most haunting PG-13 scene I've ever seen with the lab shooting.

I absolutely love this franchise, and would love for Greengrass, Damon, and Renner to do a sixth film. I think Greengrass is past this now though, sadly.

The Man in the White Van - 9 out of 10. Very good movie. Based on true events. The 1970s and 1980s were wild with the amount of kidnappings that were going on across the nation.

Lovely wife chose the movie tonight, and woof, we were both laughing at how bad it was.

You're Cordially Invited fell flat despite the star power of Will Ferrell and Reese Witherspoon, who never seemed to fully embrace their roles. The writing felt weak, and the ending was especially unsatisfying, leaving the movie feeling incomplete. However, Ferrell’s daughter was a bright spot, showing promise as a future comedic talent.

          3.5/10.

            Valiant One

Don't remember seeing any trailers but it looked interesting when I saw the coming soon list.

Really enjoyable. An unusual setting for this type of war movie, and I think that added to the appeal

A bit short, but definitely worth a watch.

              What a weirdly unique movie.

I can definitely see why it gets a lot of positive reviews. I don't really know how to describe it other than it's a fascinating story.

              Really enjoyable.

                Sonic 3:

It was a good movie, I feel like all 3 movies have been fairly consistent. There's stuff about each I like and don't like compared to the other movies of the 3 so far.

I like the comedic/sarcastic side of Sonic more. Though when he goes "Super Sonic" it definitely feels Dragonball Z mode.

I don't think Sonic 4 really needs the humans in it too much. It's fine being a movie just about the characters.

Not that I'm disappointed, but going in to this movie all I heard was one comment about how this movie could lead to a Smash Bros universe and I thought it was because someone appeared, but guess it was all because of a single Detective Pikachu reference.

But I'd love that if they made it the future.

A Mario,Sonic,Pikachu Smash Bros like movie one day that further spins off into movies featuring Link/Zelda (that series alone has so much movie potential for all the stories in those games)? Could be cooler than the MCU.

Probably pretty close to expectations. It wasn't really good, but it wasn't bad either. It was funny at times with a few fun action sequences. Nothing about it really sticks out either good or bad.

Not amazing but it was fun enough. Would have benefited from having a bit more action as the early parts did drag on for a bit

Interesting, weird, probably should have been better.

There is a really good buildup that kept me wanting to see the end. Not sure if it ended up being what I hoped for, but I did enjoy it.

I liked Inside Out 2, but Inside Out 1 to me felt like the way more "emotional"(no pun intended) movie since that one was going from being a baby to eventually close to a teenager, while seeing your childhood/innocence of a child quickly fade away.

I would say my Daughter liked Moana 1 more than Moana 2. I'm about the same on both. But, I did like the pacing better on Moana 2. Moana 1 just felt like the movie progressed very fast

I have the same stance on Inside Out 1. It's more "emotional" seeing your childhood fade away as opposed to becoming a teen and dealing with Anxiety and fitting in.

Speaking on other recent Disney Pixar movies lol. I didn't care for Wish or Lightyear. I though Elemental and Turning Red were good movies. I definitely got to watch Soul again. Soul is probably one of my favorite recent ones.

Not Disney, but didn't really care for Wicked. Even my Daughter felt like it was a little too much singing and it almost being 3 hours long. I do want to watch Oz the Great and Powerful again

I don't know if there really needs to be a Coco 2. I really liked Coco, but Grandma Coco already died and I don't know after a 12 year gap between movies you can keep the grandson a child still. I would like to see Disney go away from focusing on Live Action and Sequels and focus on new Ideas. I was telling my wife that in 10 or so years, there will be a Live Action Moana lol
