I just hope Conan doesn't lose that edge that made him so popular in the 12:35 slot. It's what killed Letterman though there are other circumstances that surrounded that. I do think that we'll see a more easy going Conan but with some edge to him.

If he starts to sell out and make his interviews with guest seem like blatant PR then it'll be a sad thing. I like how Conan can yuk it up with his guests and make it seem spontaenous (sp) and not so canned.

So far so good. Some of the humor was a little forced but that's to be expected on the first show. I really like the set a lot and the graphics package used for the TONIGHT SHOW font. It has an '80s meet contemporary look that makes it look hip yet a nod to the days of Carson.
