His fill-in hosts SUCK! BAD! I'd rather listen to 3 hours of fart noises than hear another 2 minutes of Petros Papadakis. Can't wait for him to return on Monday.

That said I do love when the Sklar Brothers host. Or Jay Mohr they make me laugh always.

But nothing beats Rome's radio show. I'm in Canada so we don't get his short TV show but Ive seen it plenty and its just filler for ESPN.

I love Rome's radio show, but I don't get to listen to it very often. I catch a few segments almost everyday, but only on my way to or from lunch.

I used to hate Rome, buy my buddies talked about how funny the show was so I tried to give it a chance. After a couple weeks, when you get all the clone nonsense and inside jokes, the show is freakin' hilarious.

I remember in 2000 sitting in my car at a stop light in Altamonte Springs, FL and laughing so hard that I felt stupid because all the people in the cars around me were staring. It was a take on soccer and how they make excuses for people getting trampled to death because they are just so passionate about their sport. It was classic. Out.

Those guys suck hardcore!

I can deal with the Sklars, but they're not that great...they're just not bad...

I'm not the biggest Whitlock fan in general, but he's an ok host.

Overall though it definitely takes a dive when Rome's gone.

Meanwhile I really enjoyed Andrew Siciliano hosting for Cowherd today...that was a good guest host.

Andrew occassionally filled in for Rome. I always liked him. Eberyonce in a while i don't mind when lamply hosts or even the host of blind date...Roger Lodge.

Best of Show's are always great to catch up on things and i do love them....the great thing about streamlink in itunes is you can keep the shows for as long as you want. i have some fav Jay Mohr shows saved up and of coarse this years Smackoff.

But remember jim takes alot of vacation because he gets alot of vacation!

The radio show just keeps getting better and better...im surprised a lot of OSers are not addicted to his show...the 3 hours just flies by.

I'm still listening...but I've grown much more fond of the Dan Patrick Show, especially since I can watch it on DirecTV's 101. That's my daily tradition...come home, eat lunch, and watch the DP Show.

Jim Rome and Dan Patrick are the best thing about Sports Radio. Patrick has some great insights and questions. Rome is just entertaining, in a sarcastic type of way.

My idiotic sports radio station here in my small town got rid of the Rome show about a month ago. Now I'm stuck with more Cowherd and more Van Pelt, yuck.

I hardly listen to the station now.

I used to listen to Rome's radio show every day at work, but I haven't heard it in a while. His TV show is okay, but the radio show is where it's at.

Jim Rome is getting killed in the ratings in the Syracuse Market by the local guys, I imagine he will get taken off pretty soon. I personally Hate his show, I will listen until it starts to annoy me then its off.

I set up my I heart radio everyday. FOXs whole morning lineup is pretty good SAS is good (although he sometimes forgets that he has a "sports talk" radio show) Patrick is pretty funny and usually on point. and Rome comes in and kills it every day. dude makes me literally laugh out loud sometimes. sometimes his spiels are a little John Madden like, i mean he will go on and on about "corvette guy" or ripping on clones. I think he forgets where his is and just starts rambling. Never understood JRIB until i started listening to his radio show
