    Re: ***Scrubs: Season 9***

Not a bad start. But what happens when JD leaves? He was a big part of these episdoes (and obviously the original Scrubs), it's gonna be hard to fill that gap. And following Lucy around won't work because she isnt as intriguing as JD.

Cole is a tool and is already on my nerves.

Some of the issues it seems they'll just ignore, (why The Todd is there, Cox giving up his Chief job etc). The janitor's "exit" was ********, couldve done better than that. And I thought Elliot was supposed to be on the show, but she got less time than the janitor?

Overall, not bad, though the new theme song sucks.

Best line of the night? Kelso "Like a big rig without brakes" He's comedic gold.

yeah, it's going to be sad when JD goes for good. So many of my favorite moments involved JD and Turk ("Eeeagle!" Piggy back ride, Their song, Guy Love) Hopefully the students will be more established by that point. But overall the show was still hilarious.

I think that was the whole point of the episode, hence why JD was helping her. He's been through it before.

I hope they just faze him out and don't make a big deal out of it. If they do something big for when he leaves, it'll completely tarnish the original ending of him leaving.

          Already been done, IMO.

As long as it keeps being funny, and I'm not too sure how long they can keep it up considering most of the laughs I got were from old jokes they rehashed.

Finally was able to watch the episodes, well I enjoyed them, but that's probably cause I wanted to enjoy it.

Someone asked why Todd was there, they mentioned Sacred Heart was torn down, and Medical School was built. I assume Todd just made the switch over.

Also Cole seems to be a combination of the med student from episode in Season 1(My Student), and the indian guy from last season.
Don't you EVER read my blog? It's gotten a lot better.

Hooch is in an insane asylum. I was happy as hell to see Snoop Dogg resident again.

Pretty funny episode, but the comedy is resting HEAVILY on JD, if he goes I'm not sure if the rest can make that up.

Agreed. It's definitely not as strong as the original show (it's still trying to shape characters), but I just can't see this lasting long when he leaves. They've shown 3 of the 6 episodes he's in so its not too far off.

I was thinking the same thing. Cox and Turk can carry the load a little but none of the new characters are standing out for me.

Only new character I like, if you don't count Denise, is Cole. I know he can't carry the show, but he's good as a secondary character.
