On a side note........grant it I havent been to a mall in a year......but good lord there must have been at least 10 cell phone stores up in there.....

haha seriously, one of the malls here has 2 t-mobile stores, a 3rd party t-mobile kiosk, AND an actual t-mobile kiosk.

Oh hell I didn't even count the kiosks.......T mobile be deep in the mall. Every corner I turned I seen either a T mobile store, kiosik or rep wearing that white t mobile sweat shirt with a clip board in their hand.

Love my Droid, but I think I will be passing it off to my wife.

I plan on getting the HTC incredible, which is basically the Nexus One with a little more
RAM and, from the reports I'm reading, a better user interface and an optical mouse.

You're right.

Hope those early rumors aren't true about the 256MB RAM. Seems odd considering the other topflight phones have 512.

If I had to guess, I'd say it probably is true. They already have the HTC Desire coming out sometime this month or next month which is basically a Nexus One with physical buttons/an optical scroller instead of trackball, and SenseUI. I doubt they'd make a 3rd phone that's nearly identical.

EDIT: But then again, those are GSM phones, so who knows. Maybe they want a CDMA phone to go along with the N1

From what I've read so far, it looks like the Nexus One isn't going to be sold in Verizon stores while the Incredible would be. Of course, this is all internet hearsay at this point.

How would you get it once it's available on Verizon? Just curious cause that is the phone I was waiting for. Are you gonna have to get it online? It should still have the discounted price with the 2yr contract right?
