Not entirely true. A few things against the Fascinate:

    - It's a Samsung
    - It does not have 4G capability
    - It does not have a front-facing camera

That being said, the best thing Fascinate has going for it is its snappier processor and its beautiful Super AMOLED screen.

I'm starting to think an EVO like device isn't coming out on Verizon this year. Something semi-concrete would have emerged by now I think.

Best Buy has the Fascinate for free today. One day only. This brings me to my second point. I am so damn angry right now. My upgrade is the 12th. I called Verizon and talked to 2 different people and they would not so much as budge on my upgrade date. I get they have these dates for a reason. However, I know at least 2 people who recently got their upgrades moved up recently. One was moved up 2 months. I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years and they can't give me 12 days. Im so pissed off I made my wife pissed at me.

There are several more high caliber phones coming out this year for Verizon.

Holy hot Androids, a lengthy list of upcoming Verizon devices has leaked and it looks like we are in for a whole heap of Android over the next 6 months. The list reveals a total of six new Android devices to be hitting Big Red and doesn’t skimp on the details. It looks like Motorola will continue to pound the competition with two new handsets and their oft-rumored Stingray tablet while HTC, Samsung, and LG with what could be it’s first worthy Android round out the list. Read on for a breakdown of the devices in question: Samsung SCH-i400 Continuum: […]

The thing with "high caliber phones" is as soon as you make the purchase and extend your contract, something better will be out in 3 months. I'm satisfied with my Evo. I'll either keep it for 2 years (development community is awesome) or i'll be buying something else at full retail.

Getting into a T-Mobile contract is risky, no matter how tempting the G2 is. They are dead last among the main US carriers and are suspected by many to go out of business soon.

T-Mobile is one of the best carriers in the US. Getting into T-Mo is not risky at all. Their customer service is great. I was with them for 5 years. I got married, wife was on Sprint (they've gotten better) and picked up the Evo. Never had a problem with T-Mo.

                              For the Droid Incredible:

Between the Seidio Active case with holster, the Seidio Rugged with holster, and the Otterbox Defender with holster, which one of these cases has the highest quality?

I'm liking the Seido Active because I can get a little color in the casing, but I think the Seidio Rugged and Otterbox Defender protect a little better, but at the expense of being bulkier. I did want something with a little pop to it.(color)

Are there any other cases that I am over looking that should be considered? And on a side note; is the 1750 battery really worth it?

                              I appreciate any help. Thanks.

I have the Seideo Surface case and it cracked when I dropped my Evo on our hardwood floor yesterday. Glad the case cracked and not the phone. I also have an Otterbox Commuter that I used now. Love the case but hate that it's two pieces and a hassle to take off because I have 3 batteries that I alternate.

The Defender is what you want if you need a lot of protection.
