It's very possible they had you eligible for an early upgrade scenario they no longer have in effect. I think their latest marketing campaigns have gotten them a good enough number of customers that they are pulling the reigns back in a little bit on the coddling of current customers.

That being said: usually a call to CS and asking for the retentions department can get you almost anything. Just be polite, and keep reiterating that you had been told April. I think you'll get them to break without incident.

That's what I'm thinking. I mean I had been planning for this all along too, especially with having to cash in the manufacturers warranty on my HTC a week before it expired last August due to the pink camera issues. That's what my original visit last August was about. I had heard that they changed their policy to one year upgrades and I needed to know if I'd be able to upgrade that August which would have made it one year since I got the M7. They told me I could if I did their flex lease nonsense but April for a standard two year upgrade and I remember saying that I couldn't stick with a broken camera through the upcoming holiday season so that's why I did the warranty through HTC.

I think I have a case.

First android for me, I went from the iPhone (had the 3G, and then the 5) to the s6 Edge. Def like it, its different so it probably feels better than it actually is, but I like it.

Those hard up for Money but want the s6, do not let the edge version make you fee like you are sacrificing or missing out. its cool, but I don't think you'd be missing much and saving 100 on the regular s6 version. Looking forward to seeing what developers come out with to take advantage of the screen, but right now there isn't much.

Battery life seems about in line with the iPhone 5, but it seems to charge faster, and the wireless charging thing is really cool. I didn't even know those things existed.

So far I'm really enjoying it!

So far pretty good. Plus, I got a portable charger too, so that helps too.

Well the update did not go smooth at all. After the update I kept getting a process.Android.media error. I couldn't do anything. Couldn't open up settings. Couldn't open up file manager. Could make calls though except that message popped up literally every second. Ended up factory resetting. It fixed it but I lost all my media. My computer wouldn't even recognize my phone.

I have a Note 4 and in the past few days the mobile data keeps turning itself on even when my Wi-Fi is on. This happening to anyone else?

LG G4 looks like it is going to be a good one. G2 has been fantastic so it's a no brained for me.

The G4 with the black leather back is one of the sexiest phones ever. Shoot, that's the first time I've ever referred to a phone as sexy!

It was the official update sent out by att. Not sure what happened. But my guess it was media related. Maybe a corrupted media file somewhere. I'll never know.
