Re: Is it time for 'The Simpsons' to 'g'oh'?

A week and a half to air every single episode/movie!

Luckily in Canada though we get multiple channels which air Simpsons. I think there's probably like 3-4 different ones which have it. Only negative is one channel just airs stuff from 2010-present and another just airs the same bunch of episodes(you'd think in a show with 500+ episodes, you won't see a channel air the same episode again for at least a couple of months)

And the rumors of the Simpsons character that will die....they've announced the episode in which it'll happen, and based on the episode preview, I think I know who dies

(^Click the link if you want to know. It's not confirmed, but if you read the episode preview of the episode in which a character will die, you'd probably agree too based on who is the star in that episode)

Re: Is it time for 'The Simpsons' to 'g'oh'?

I was feeling the same way the original post stated. I'm due hard simpsons fan! My lil bro amd I watched them faithfully as kids and still to this day randomly say quotes from the show. We recently took a trip to universal studios orl with our kids who aren't as familiar with the simpsons as we are...oh so we thought. Universal studios have the entire simpsons town surrounding the new simpsons ride. We were floored!! Qwiki mart Moes tavern Duff Bar ect...from what I understand their in the process of building the simpsons home which will be incredible. The Simpsons is like the grandma you love so dearly. As a kid you always wanted to be with time because of the comfort they gave you. But you loss some of that as toy get older and take them for granted. Cool part is they're never upset for that and understand and will be there for you when you need them. That's the Simpsons. You know sundays at 8pm (est ) on Fox you find them if you need to lift your spirits. 😊
I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...

This "Simpsons" show must be cancelled. The enjoyment has been fun to watch. Let's face it. This "Simpsons" will be remembered. This show is not funny, anymore.

Hard to believe this show started playing when I was in the 5th grade,or the 3rd if you count the animated shorts from The Tracey Ullman show.

We've had enough. This show must end. We are sick of the content. From time to time, it was funny. Cancel this show. Enough is enough.

From time to time the Simpsons was funny may be the most inaccurate thing I've ever read on this forum. Sure, there were a few season where the quality waned, but it's been funny for most of it's run, and for a long stretch (seasons 3-10) was one of the greatest comedies ever. It still makes me laugh now, and hopefully that will continue for years to come.

This video, which contains clips from the show's entire run, shows that the show was funny from more than "time to time."

The family guy crossover looks as awkward as it possibly can. They are even having a stupid Homer fights Peter scene for reasons. Sigh.

Homer Simpson and Al Bundy have both made me into the father that I am. I mean well but I'm too fat, stupid, and lazy to get out of my way. The highlight to every Halloween is still the tree house of horror though in recent years they've dropped the horror aspect of it.

Yes, "The Simpsons" will be remembered. Life demands progress. Yes, its still funny. Humanity will do just fine without this show. Its like any other program. When people are sick of it, we'll stop watching it.

Yes, it will be shown in re-runs. Eventually, TV will be a thing of the past. Enough is enough.
