Well before we get any more medical advice it is more likely she died of a condition called Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy which results from a part of her heart being enlarged and is undetectable unless you get a echo cardiogram test which is an xray of the heart that detects the enlarged part. A person can have this all thier life and not know it and it often results in sudden death without warning. I know this because a healthy friend of mine died from this as well coincidentally at age 32. it also caused the death of track star Florence Griffith Joyner, a famous male Russian doubles figure skater a few years back (name escapes me) and a Nigerian soccer player last year, all under the age of 40. You also hear those news stories about healthy teenage kids collapsing on a soccer or football field and dying which is likely related to this affliction.
It can also have less devastating effects as some people won't die suddenly but get fatigued and have to go on heart medication the rest of thier lives. One example is basketball player Eddie Curry who had a milder version of it and is on Beta blockers to control it.
I'm not saying it may not be drug related but to dismiss this death as natural causes because no one gets a heart attack at 32 is way off because with cardiomyopathy you don't have a heart attack, it more can be described as heart failure because a small part of your heart pretty much explodes after being enlarged for so long. it also hard to detect during autopsies and may take months for the coroner to confirm.
It's actually a condition that's more common than you think and small minority of us may have it and not even know it as can be hereditary or can be virus related. The sad part is very little research has gone into cardiomyopathy and not that much is known as to the cause.
