    Rate these tv's

    32 inch Element - $300

    19 inch LED Vizio - $269

    32 inch Sanyo - $300

    26 inch Vizio - $269

Basically I just a 32 or smaller tv for under $350. The LED seems cool but I cant see my self paying that kind of coin for a 19 inch. The tv will be in a spare room or in the basement.

If there are any more you know, do tell. Also the tv must look good for PS3 or 360 gaming if I put a spare system on there if one of my relatives spend the weekend or what ever.

IMHO, wouldn't even consider the element. The LED is cool, but it's 19 inches and not even 1080P at that high price.

I'd probably go with the Sanyo. 32" is noticeably bigger than 26" or 19" I would take a look at both in the stores to make sure the Sanyo and Vizio have a similar picture...if so, get the bigger set.

Yeah, get the Sanyo. The 26-inch Vizio would be alright though, too, especially for a small room. Stay far away from Element, and 19-inches is way too small.

Would a computer monitor be an option? If the display is gonna be used mostly for spare gaming, you can get a nice 1080p LCD Monitor in the 24-27 inch range for the price you are looking for.

Most monitors have an HDMI Input so if wanted to add another device (Set Top Box, DVD Player) you could

Vizio has been a solid performer for most.

And besides, assuming he's buying from Walmart--he can get the 3 year extended warranty for $28 if the tv is under $300 or $44 if it is under $500.

            That's 4 worry-free years.

I have an Element 26" in my bedroom and a Vizio 37" in my living room. I dig both. For the dough though I'd go with the 26" Vizio. A bit more bang for your back as has been stated already.

Can't coment on the Sanyo sorry.

Thanks a lot for all the comments. I went looking today and Walmart had no tvs smaller then 40 inches left at all except for the Samsung and Sony, which both was well over $400. Best Buy.....hell line was to the door so I just turned around LOL.

For around the $400 price range, I'd look at these TVs:

                      Samsung LN32B360: $399-$449
                      Panasonic TC-L32X1: $378-$599
                      Vizio VO320E: $329-$411
                      Sony KDL-32L5000: $399-$449

I'd say 32" Sanyo. Since it's for a spare room and will hardly be watched, it's not like you need some amazing display. Go bigger so whoever is watching it is actually able to see it.

Have you tried ordering online? You can get a nice 32 inch Toshiba on new egg, with free shipping and no tax for under
                            $350, actually its $349: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16889253200

I've dealt with newegg, many times and NEVER had an issue. There warranty is great too, I spend 40 dollars on a 2 year warranty when I got my new tv from black friday.

                            EDIT:
For 50 more you can get it 1080p which would be great for gaming for all the systems: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16889253222

No need really to spend extra money on 1080p for such a small TV.
