Re: Concerts you plan on going to in 2010
I live in a relatively small city (about 150k pop) and i just found that Guns n Roses supported by Korn will be coming to my town in December!!! That is just so awesome that words cannot describe it and i think my head might explode from excitement.
The biggest acts we hae had here in the past have been Tim McGraw (not a country fan) and Elton John (talented dude but not my type of music) so this is great.
So i'll have Metallica in October then Gunners and Korn in early December.Comment

Just saw Shwayze and Pepper in Austin. Shwayze killed it, I'm not a huge fan but they were great live.
Pepper was amazing. I definitely recommend checking out Pepper because they are legit. It sucked because my buddies and I got kicked out with a few songs left because they thought we were drinking underage and none of us had a beer all night, the security was a joke and didn't even let us ask any questionsLA Angels

Is Soundgarden going to tour with the new album coming out in a few days?
I think Pearl Jam's only announced gig is their annual Bridge School Benefit Concert in late October so Matt is basically available til then and after that...I would think. For Milbut

Not sure how many Rammstein fans are on OS, but they are finally returning to the US for the first (and likely last) time in 10 years.Comment

Re: Concerts you plan on going to in 2010
I went and saw Guns n Roses with Korn as the supporting act 2 nights ago. Personally i though Korn was better than GNR but Axl still has some awesome pipes. November Rain was a highlight thats for sure.
The worse part was that Axl kept everyone waiting nearly 2 hours for him to come out and people were getting crazy angry and some people were leaving /demanding refunds etc. Pretty bad to treat your fans like that but I've heard a few times that Axl is a bit of a douche so i almost expected it.Comment

Only 4 shows for me this year.
Delta Spirit (at a street festival)
Brandon Flowers x3 (Pomona, LA, and then Vegas in 2 weeks)
B-Flow puts on a great ****ing show. I'm hoping the encore in Vegas will be The Killers playing.Blind to this impending fate

I saw Metallica a couple of weeks ago. Visually it was amazing but musically they were actually pretty sloppy. I guess they were just having an off night. Great set list though, a few nice rarities, loved Orion.Comment

The Sword is coming to St. Louis on the 13th. Much catch show for me ever since they opened up for Metallica in '08 (same show I mentioned above), I fell in love with their style. Their new album seriously rules! Ha. Can't wait to ride the Warp.Comment
